There are amazing resources to support you as an expat mum, the problem is finding the right resources and support when you need it most.
I’ve taken the hard work out of the search, and I’ve curated resources from various experts specifically to help you through your journey in the Support Group for Mums Abroad.
“My biggest concern was helping my daughter transition. The support group was very helpful and provided me the opportunity to talk about it in a non judging atmosphere. The resources provided were great. And I found other mums who were having similar issues.” Helen Murphy
Parenting is hard enough… to do it in an international context can be simply overwhelming!
The good news is that there are experts out there with amazing resources to help you find your way as an expat mum. The problem is the time and energy it takes to find these resources. That’s where I come in.
I have lived abroad for 20 years, and both our daughters were born and raised on foreign shores. I know how challenging it is, but I also know how to make the experience easier.
I have done the research for you, and curated brilliant resources to support you on your journey. Packaged into weekly themes, these resources will save you time and energy.
What is the Support Group for Mums Abroad?
I know how hard parenting in an international context is, that’s why I started Expat Parenting Abroad and the Support Group for Mums Abroad.
Joining the virtual coffee call each week you will get the support you need, giving you more time and energy to focus on those you cherish most… your family.
A unique WhatsApp community, you will be connected with a small group of mums just like you. You can safely share your challenges and celebrate your wins with a group who get you, who understand exactly where you’re coming from.
With the support group you will find your tribe, your sisterhood and have the support you need when you need it.
With years of experience and research, I curate the resources you need and package them into 12 themes which we work through over 12 weeks. The resources are delivered directly to you via WhatsApp saving you time and energy. Topics include self care, finding your tribe, mindful parenting, finding purpose, dealing with stress and more.
Each week, the group gathers on a Virtual Coffee Call to discuss what the topic means to you. Time zones will be adapted to meet the needs of the group.
“The support group is a great way to meet people from your own tribe, connect and help one another. It provides a better start to expat life and even when this expat life has already started, you can learn so much from the group!” Marlies Wouters
