How do we regain control in our lives during uncertain times?

There is nothing more constant in expat life than change. And there is nothing more certain right now, than we are living through a period of uncertainty. Now that is a tongue twister!?!

So if everything is changing, and everything is so uncertain do we just give up and wait to see what happens? Is this a time to sit back and let life just happen to us?

I think you know the answer I’m looking for. It’s a big, fat NO!

We take control. We focus on the things we can impact on. We gain strength and energy from creating a positive atmosphere for ourselves and our family. 

Yeah right! I hear you. I’m too busy. I am just trying to get through each day and stay sane. I’m already exhausted just meeting my child’s emotional needs. Everyday I’m being pulled in every direction. I can’t do this too.
